Hello, dear Palomino backer!
This series could not exist without you, and I am super exited to share not one, but two new volumes in the Palomino saga. These volumes are EPIC, and build toward a huge finale in Volume 6 (which is already well underway, so you won't have to wait too long for that one!) The campaign for volumes 4 + 5 will start very soon, and you can REGISTER TO BE NOTIFIED ON LAUNCH!
But regardless, this nom is incredible. First, this is also a nod for Christina Franck who has been flat-coloring the entire Palomino Saga (640 pages when it’s all said and done). Second, color was not something I really did in my formative years or learned in school. I was all about drawing back then. Color is something I got to learn by watching amazing artists that I had the privilege to work with. And lastly, have you seen the other nominees?!!! Brad Anderson…Jordie Bellaire….Tamra Bonvillain….Jacob Phillips….Rico Renzi…. Good lord what an honor!!!!

Things are cooking on Palomino! 90 pages into the inks, and color not far behind! This story is ending insanely badass, and I can't wait for you to read it! And just between you and me, here's a little taste.

Meanwhile, I am super excited to share that Romance In The Age Of The Space God, which you may remember as a free web-comic forged during the chaos of the pandemic, is finally seeing a print edition!
RITAOTSG is a strange comic for and about strange times. It is cute and funny, it is sci fi and dystopian, it has political satire (fair warning, don't mean to ambush anyone), and the kind of slice-of-life that I love. It introduces Nate, Lydia, Anya, all looking for their place in a difficult world, all profoundly human--even though they are adorable little mice.
